Refund policy

We hope you love your Chrome Dome Cap, and are committed to making things right if you don't.

If you need to start a return, please read the details below and send an email titled "Chrome Dome Cap Return" to joe@chromedome.shop.

Once your return is initiated, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If approved, credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item, minus return shipping costs.

Unused Products

Within 30 days of receiving your item, unused products in like-new condition with the original packaging may be returned for a refund.

Manufacturer Defects

Each of our products has a one (1) year guarantee against manufacturer defects. Please include a description of the defect in your email, and a photo if possible. We will provide further instructions.

This policy does not cover excessive wear and tear or inappropriate use (e.g. snagging and ripping the cap on a metal fence, or using the cap to remove a hot pan from the oven).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different color or size, please reach out to joe@chromedome.shop. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for the item cost minus any return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
