Which size is right for me?
Here's the secret - both sizes will fit most people. You should think about your preferred level of compression and what activities you like to do. After some time wearing it, and a couple washes, your Chrome Dome will develop a custom fit to your head and only get more comfortable.
If you're uncertain, we recommend measuring the circumference of your head with a flexible tape measure.
Small/Medium: 22 to 23 1/4 inches
Large/X-Large: 23 1/4 to 24 1/2 inches
How should I clean it?
Hand wash in the sink with warm water and mild soap, then hang to dry. Our caps don't hold onto odors like some athletic wear, and there is no coating that will wash out. Just quality fabric and premium construction.
